African Union Shines Spotlight on Banking Sector's Vital Role in Fueling Economic Growth

I was trusted to moderate a banking-focused panel discussion during the African Union's CEO Roundtable at Dubai's World Expo. It was all about tapping into the bloc's big-picture vision to open up trade and investment opportunities all across Africa.

I was joined by some seriously impressive folks during the high-profile gathering, which took place on March 14, 2022. 

This included Rene Awambeng from Afreximbank, Harold Nester Jiya from the National Bank of Malawi, and Azubuike Emodi from Anchoria Asset Management and the VDF Group.

The African Union's activities at Expo were all about giving African countries and businesses a chance to showcase their success stories on the global stage.
